Voula Essence is a building of four apartments at Nikis 3 in Voula, on the Athenian Riviera between Glyfada and Vouliagmeni. The ground floor is a three bedroom duplex with a 110 m² garden and its own pool. The first and second floors are each a full floor apartment of 102 m² with a 40 m² balcony and a jacuzzi, and the top is a three bedroom duplex penthouse with large terraces, its own pool and views over Voula. Pagkrati Centrale is a boutique building of eight residences at Telesilis 1, a few steps from Proskopon Square in Pagkrati, across from Kolonaki. The homes are studios and one and two bedroom apartments over a ground floor and six storeys, and the building also has nine parking spaces, which is rare in this part of the city. Every apartment is delivered with its furniture and appliances, so it can be lived in or let from the first day, and professional management is available for owners who rent it out. The developer offers a secured rental yield of 5% for two years once the unit is paid in full. The building is close to completion, with delivery set for the end of 2026.
