Privacy Policy

For the BlueHous campaign pages. Last updated: 26 August 2026.

This policy covers the BlueHous campaign landing pages only — the pages carrying a single enquiry form, reached from an advertisement or a direct link. They collect far less than the main BlueHous platform, and they do so in one place: the form. If you hold a BlueHous account, use the search, or talk to the assistant on the main site, the platform's own policy governs that.

What we collect

What you type into the form. Your name and email address, which are required so we can reply; optionally a phone number; and whatever you write in the message field — typically a budget, a country or region, and your timing. Nothing here is mandatory except the name and email.

Your newsletter choice. The form carries an unticked box for project and launch updates. Leaving it unticked has no effect on your enquiry; we will still come back to you.

Technical data that arrives with the submission. Your IP address and the page the form was sent from. We use the IP to rate-limit submissions and block abuse, and the page to know which campaign you came through.

Measurement cookies, only if you accept them. A banner asks before anything measuring loads. Refuse and none of it loads at all — the page behaves identically either way. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, and the footer's "Cookies" link reopens the banner so you can change it at any time. These pages set no other cookies, and there is no advertising profile built here.

There is no account, no login, no chat assistant and no scheduling on these pages, so none of the data those involve is collected.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and come back to you with projects that match what you described.
  • To send launch and project updates, only if you ticked the box. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply and ask.
  • To prevent abuse of the form and keep it working.
  • To understand which campaigns bring people here — only if you accepted measurement cookies.
  • To meet obligations that apply to us by law.

Who sees it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

  • BlueHous. Your enquiry reaches our own team first. A person reads it and replies.
  • A developer or partner agency, where answering you requires it — for example when you ask about a specific project and they hold the answer. We pass what is needed to reply to you, and nothing else.
  • Service providers that run parts of this for us: hosting, the database that stores the enquiry, and email delivery. They process it on our instructions only.
  • Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the EU, the United States and Israel. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of what was asked and answered. Newsletter consent is kept until you withdraw it. You can ask us to delete any of it sooner — see below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU GDPR and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 — you may have the right to:

  • Get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate information corrected.
  • Have your information deleted.
  • Object to or restrict how we process it, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where the processing rests on consent.
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority.

Write to info@bluehous.com and we will act within the period the applicable law allows. You do not need to give a reason.

Security

The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), stored with reputable cloud providers, and reachable only by people who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

These pages are not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date. Where the law requires it, we will say so directly.
