BlueHous ("we", "us", "our") operates the BlueHous website and services, which connect prospective buyers with presale and new-build properties in Greece, real-estate developers, and related service providers. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Contact and lead forms: name, email address, phone number, and any message or property preferences you submit when enquiring about a property, developer, or service provider.
• Account registration: name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you create an account, along with your acceptance of our Terms and any newsletter opt-in.
• Chat conversations: messages you send to our AI assistant, including any contact details you choose to share in-chat.
• Scheduling: details you provide when booking a call or meeting through our scheduling integration.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, searches performed, properties viewed, referring pages, approximate location (derived from IP), device and browser type. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies for essential site functions (authentication, language preference, accessibility preferences), for keeping your chat session, and for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may limit site functionality.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and connect you with the relevant property developer or service provider.
• To provide, operate, and improve the website, search, and AI assistant.
• To manage your account and authenticate you.
• To send you updates or marketing communications only if you opted in: you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by contacting us.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

• Property developers and service providers: when you submit a lead or enquiry about a specific property, project, or professional, we pass your contact details and message to the relevant party so they can respond to you.
• Service processors: trusted vendors that host and operate parts of our service on our behalf, such as cloud database and authentication hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and AI language-model providers that power our chat assistant. These vendors process data only on our instructions.
• Legal requirements: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Some of these vendors may process data outside your country, including in the EU, US, or Israel. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

AI assistant

Our chat assistant is powered by a third-party AI language model. Conversations are logged, including which site content was used to generate each answer, for quality, safety, and abuse-prevention purposes. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat beyond what is needed for your enquiry.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: lead and enquiry data for as long as the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping; account data for as long as your account exists; analytics data in aggregated or pseudonymized form. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU GDPR and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law), you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.

Our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
