Royal Blue Residence III

Royal Blue Residence II is a new development of 13 homes on six floors at Thoukididou 25 in Alimos, a seaside suburb on the Saronic Gulf in the south of Athens. Royal Blue Residence I is a new six-storey apartment building at Othonos 8 in Alimos, a seaside suburb in the south of Athens and home to one of the largest marinas in Greece. The building is 600 m from the beach. There are ten homes: eight two-bedroom apartments of 70 to 72 m² and two three-bedroom duplexes of 119 to 121 m², with both indoor and outdoor living space. Wide openings bring daylight into the rooms, and the facade keeps to simple lines and earth tones. The building also has a swimming pool, storage rooms and parking spaces. It is rated energy class A+. Royal Blue Residence I was completed in 2022.

Urban Residence is a new nine-storey apartment building at Ifikratous 39 in Pagrati, Athens. Its 11 homes, of 32 to 112 m², are a mix of studios, apartments, lofts and duplexes. The city center, with its museums, galleries, theaters and music venues, is 2.3 km away. Every home has a private balcony facing the Acropolis. The interiors are simple in style, the bedrooms are a good size and the layouts use the floor area well. Residents share a gym, and there are storage rooms and parking spaces. The building is rated energy class A, which keeps its energy use relatively low. Urban Residence was completed in 2023.

Urban Gazi Residence is a new seven-storey building of 32 homes at the corner of Megalou Vasileiou and Andronikou streets in Gazi, the central Athens district known for its nightlife and arts events.
