Greenville Residence I is a two-building development on Evaggelistrias Street in Agia Paraskevi, a green suburb in north-eastern Athens, with 22 homes over six floors. Fifteen are apartments with one to three bedrooms, from 37 to 105 m², most of them two-bedroom units of 60 to 74 m². The other seven are duplexes of 71 to 122 m² with two or three bedrooms. Some duplexes are on the top floors, and one on the ground floor has its own garden and pool. Residents share a swimming pool and landscaped gardens, and there are storage rooms and parking spaces. The buildings have insulated facades and energy-efficient glazing and are rated energy class A+. The development was completed in 2024.
