Ivy Residence is a newly built apartment building in Chalandri, a residential suburb northeast of central Athens. It has four floors and 12 homes. At ground level are three garden apartments, with one, two and three bedrooms, from 40 to 95 m². Six two-bedroom apartments of 64 to 71 m² fill the floors above them, and the top two floors hold three duplexes: two with three bedrooms at 106 m² and one with two bedrooms at 87 m². The architecture is modern and plain. Wide openings let daylight into the rooms, and the homes have large terraces. Residents share landscaped gardens, and the building has storage rooms and parking spaces. It is rated energy class A. MIBS Group completed Ivy Residence in 2020.

Ithaca Residence is a modern five-storey building on Ithakis Street in Chalandri, one of the northern suburbs of Athens. Its 22 homes range from 60 to 145 m². Fourteen are two-bedroom apartments of 60 to 85 m². The other eight are three-bedroom duplexes: six on the upper floors, of 100 to 138 m², and two garden duplexes of 128 to 145 m² at ground level. The interiors get plenty of natural light and the living areas are large. Residents share a swimming pool, the grounds include a landscaped garden, and there are storage rooms and parking spaces. The building has an insulated facade and energy-efficient glazing and is rated energy class A+, so it uses little energy. It was completed in 2023.
