Avra Residence III

Etolikou Seafront, in Piraeus, is a former commercial building that is being converted into 76 homes over six floors. It stands right on the seafront, 10 m from the port, with views over the harbor and toward the Athens skyline. Most of the homes, 68 of them, are one-bedroom apartments of 27 to 42 m². The rest are three studios, four one-bedroom duplexes and one two-bedroom duplex of 72 m². Residents share a reception desk staffed 24 hours a day, a gym, a co-working space, a landscaped garden and a swimming pool on the roof. The building has a lift and an A energy rating. Etolikou Seafront is under construction.

Etolikou 11, in Piraeus, is a former industrial building that is being converted into a seven-floor residential building, with newly built floors added. Piraeus is the largest port in Greece, and the building stands a short walk from the harbor. It has 158 homes. Most are one-bedroom apartments of 32 to 47 m², and the mix also includes one-bedroom duplexes of 41 to 49 m² and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes of 60 to 61 m². Part of the ground floor is retail space. Residents share a reception desk staffed 24 hours a day, a gym, a co-working space, a lounge and a swimming pool on the roof with a view over the port. The building has a lift and an A energy rating. Etolikou 11 is under construction.

Avra Residence II is a new apartment building of ten floors at Nikita 4 in Piraeus, a short walk from the port and the beach. It has 28 homes: ten one-bedroom apartments of 41 to 47 m² and eighteen two-bedroom apartments of 54 to 91 m². The apartments are planned to take in as much natural light as possible, and the building looks out over the surrounding area. There is a landscaped garden, along with storage rooms and parking spaces, and the building is designed for energy class A. Piraeus, on the Saronic Gulf, is a major passenger port with ferries to the Greek islands, and the city has the restaurants of Mikrolimano and Zea, the nightlife of Kastella and a seaside promenade. Avra Residence II is under construction.
